I thought I wrote requesting an online company to purchase the part from. I do not believe that I asked her to order me a part. Maybe I should re-read my post to Lisa that I cut and pasted here.

We are sorry, we do not have access to order any internal parts of a machine. The service centers we listed for you would be the next step. The service centers are independently owned; therefore, you can ask them to order the part for you so you may do your own repairs.

My response, I thought was straight forward-but I guess I was wrong:

I have already troubleshot and opened the machine. The pumps are available from many people online. I did not recognize any major places that I felt good about giving my credit card info to. That is why I asked for where I could purchase the pump. I did not ask where it could be repaired at. That information was available online. However, my funds are tight and I can do minor repairs such as unscrewing screws and unclamping clamps. The machine is only 1 1/2 years old.
Can you advise me where online that I can purchase a pump for the Proheat 7901 1 1/2 year old cleaner that I have?

These include any parts which are only accessible if the machine is opened. Replacement of these parts should be performed by an individual trained on the internal repairs of the machine. This decision has been made to ensure the safety of our consumers.
